The ingredients of this day: inspiring speakers on a cool looking stage, an iconic location and tasty bites and drinks. We supported TechWolf with organizing and managing this event from A to Z. Or should we say A to I?

We were the point of contact for all suppliers, speakers and the location, making the necessary agreements and following up on them to make this a success. We briefed and coordinated the crew - all TechWolf employees rolling up their sleeves - to build and man this event and organized some side events. When everything was up and running, we kept a general overview of things, troubleshooting where necessary so that the guests could address the elephant in the room: how AI is and will be shaping our world.
