With trips like Hoogtestage, Enter The Snow, Sneeuwstorm or Snowbreak, Travelbase offers true winter festivals to lovers of the sports.

For the 2026 winter, we were responsible to coordinate the complex jigsaw puzzle called 'bus transport'. We negotiated with bus companies to make sure we had the exact amount of seats needed to get all travelers to the mountains. We briefed the drivers and supporting crew, checked departure and arrival locations and saw to a smooth departure. A work of meticulous planning that started months prior to the first departures.

Climax of this challenge? Let's throw in some numbers: having 100 buses depart from 25 locations to 10 different ski stations, while having 75 buses return from those places, all in 48h hours. What a ride!
