Since the festival takes place in the heart of the race, and roads are closed off during the day, mobility in the area is a complex story. Our team aided the organisation with writing an elaborate plan that covered every aspect regarding mobility and safety measures. During our preparations, we joined the necessary meetings with the police to make sure everyone involved was aligned and our plan was foolproof.

During the festival, we were responsible for the execution of that plan. We secured an orderly entrance and exit flow and coordinated bus travel for almost half of the visitors, making sure everyone got back to their departure location safe and sound.
